The great thing about collecting dolls is that you are provided with the endless possibilities of redressing, restyling, and repainting them to your liking. Personally, I like the original look of all of my dolls, but there are few that I like to spice up their appearance a bit. The Great Outdoors Adventure

As I slowly start adding some of my photos on here from my Flickr, I thought I might sneak in this little tidbit of a dolly nature excursion. The other day my boyfriend and I went hiking, and being the awesome guy he is, he suggested that I should bring some of my dolls along for some snapshots. So here they are...enjoy! :)

New Year, New Hairstyle

Not only do I like collecting dolls, but I like redressing them in various fashions and restyling them in a way that I feel suits them better. I just started "rerooting" some of my dolls. Basically I take their existing hair, remove it (yes, ouch!) and fill in with saran/nylon doll hair that I choose to my liking. Here are my first few reroots all done on Barbie dolls with my favorite face sculpt, "Steffie".

I just recently discovered the adorable world of DAL dolls and I am hooked! Here are some petite versions that I own. I will be getting my first regular sized DAL dolls within the next week (hopefully this weekend!) and I will definitely be posting pics of them here and on my Flickr.
